Payment Requirements: The balance of the reservation is due when the reservation is made.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Eagle View Lake House Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is before 10:30 am
Eagle View at Waters Edge Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is before 10:30 am
Eagle View Retreat Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is before 10:30 am
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless approved in advance prior to arrival. Early Check-ins/Late check-outs will result in a $50.00 per hour fee.
Age Requirements: – You must be 25 years of age to rent. By completing a reservation, guests understand that they have read and agree to the minimum age requirement.
Weekend Pricing: 2-night minimum, the base rate is for 2 guests unless shown otherwise. Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday will be charged at the weekend rate.
Holiday Pricing: 3-night minimum stay and each night will be charged at the holiday rate and maximum occupancy. We reserve the right to change the dates or charge for an additional night if your reservation request creates a 1-night opening between reservations. Rates are subject to change.
Children: Your child is counted as a guest when making a reservation unless they are under the age of 2.
1 DOG UNDER 10 LBS. ALLOWED, $25.00 PER DAY.
Occupancy: The renter is required to provide an accurate number of guests prior to check-in. No additional day or night time guests are permitted unless otherwise approved prior to check-in.
Liability: Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any accident, injury, or damage that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property (including those of Renters guests), and that the Owner and its agents shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. Renter assumes the risk involved with the use of the hot tub, and any and all other rental facilities and agrees to save harmless and indemnify the Owner and its agents from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using the same during renters occupancy. Renter assumes the responsibility of all guests during the reservation time
Seasonal insects: Our facilities are located in a rural setting. Insects and animals are a part of this environment. Asian Beetles, wasps, bees, and houseflies are all insects that may become more prevalent in our area during various seasons. We have each property treated by a pest control professional on a regular basis. We do everything in our power to prevent such insects and therefore refunds will not be given for the presence of these seasonal insects.
Malfunction of mechanicals/equipment: We do not give refunds or allow cancellations for the malfunction mechanicals/equipment/conveniences including but not limited to hot tubs, televisions, satellite service, Wi-Fi or appliances. If one of these items should malfunction during your stay, we will do our best to fix the issue during your reservation.
Hunting/ATVs/Firearms/Fireworks: No hunting on the property or use of ATVs. No shooting firearms, fireworks, or guns on the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If we find evidence of smoking inside the house, you will be charged any fees for cleaning and time spent. No candles or incense allowed.
Rental Agreement and Registered Guest Form: You will receive an email with the Rental Agreement and Registered Guest Form after booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee plus credit card fees and reservation online service fees. Cancellations sooner than 60 days from the Check-In date will not receive a refund.
Refunds: We do not give refunds for temporary power outages or undesirable inclement weather.
Check-In Procedures: You will be emailed an entry code for the keypad located on the front entry door to the house. This code expires when your stay is complete.
