The base rate is for 2 guests unless posted with the rate. Each additional guest is $25.00 per day/per guest with a 2-night minimum. Children are counted as a guest unless they are under the age of 2.
Full payment is required when the reservation is submitted. Rental Agreement and Registered Guest Form emailed after booking.
Holiday rates are based on maximum occupancy per night. 3-night minimum for all Holidays. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's - peak weekend rate applies. If the weekend is broken (Thurs/Fri or Sat/Sun both nights are considered weekend). Policies and Rates are subject to change without notice.
1 DOG UNDER 10 LBS ALLOWED, $25.00 PER DAY.
